Why HireTraining was created

Through our own experience entering the workforce we identified glaring gaps between the skill sets of students going into sales and recruiting, and the expectations of hiring companies. Entry level candidates often have no advocate, no real world skills, no connections and no experience. We witnessed first hand, these exact problems force companies to make hiring decisions based on personality and perceived work ethic. These cumulative issues lead to turnover, loss of morale, wasted time and unrealized financial gain for both parties. HireTraining bridges the gap with on the job experience, pre-hire training from top industry professionals, building actionable skill sets for students and data driven hiring practices for our partners.
